From Outdoor Education Museum to Welcome Center
Please pardon our dust! The Creekside Building, once home to the Outdoor Education Museum, is undergoing a remarkable transformation. Previously condemned due to potential substructure failure, it is now poised to become the heart of Mission Springs’ warm welcome.
Our goal for almost a century has been to welcome people to the redwood forest, inviting them to immerse themselves in the beauty of God’s creation. The Creekside Building’s renovation aligns perfectly with this vision.
As the new welcome center, it will serve as the hub for guests arriving at Mission Springs. Friendly staff will provide information, answer questions, and guide visitors to their desired destinations.
The transformation of Creekside symbolizes Mission Springs’ commitment to hospitality, community, and reverence for nature. As we open our doors to guests, we invite them to explore, connect, and find solace in the redwood forest—a testament to God’s magnificent creation.
You can help us stay on mission by donating here so we can continue to open our doors and arms to people who are looking to renew their wonder, revive their faith, and refocus their purpose!
